Tottenham Hotspur Supporters Club Malta
Extraordinary General Meeting

The Tottenham Hotspur Supporters Club Malta Extraordinary General Meeting took place on Sunday 29 October 2006. This meeting was called to mark the 25th anniversary of our Club.
A very nice number of Members and supporters joined us at our premises in St Frederick Street, Valletta for what turned out to be a memorable occasion for all.

The activity kicked off with the blessing of a commemorative plaque by the Club Chaplain in the bar area of the Club. Those present then moved to the Club hall where the President Mr Carmelo Debattista made a short speech highlighting the main achievments of the Club over the past 25 years and thanking all those who were instrumental in founding the Club and those who kept it going strong throughout these years. The President also thanked Mr Edward Ciantar who was instrumental in establishing the close relationship we enjoy with THFC.
Mr Debattista then distributed mementoes to Members present while two long time Members presented a commemorative gift to the Club.

Representatives of other supporters clubs, namely Milan, Inter, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Roma and Liverpool also presented commemorative gifts to our Club.

A reception sponsored by the Mr Debattista brought the proceedings to an end.
