PICTURES FROM THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING JANUARY 2007
The Annual General Meeting of The Tottenham Hotspur Supporters Club Malta took place on Sunday 14 January 2007 at the Club's premises in Valletta.
The meeting was very well attended and this encourages the Committee to organize more activities throughout 2007.
Secretary Alex Cilia read out the administrative report which was followed by the Financial Report read by Club Treasurer Godwin Cilia.
President Carmel Debattista then addressed those present and thanked all Members for attending the Meeting. Mr Debattista spoke about the past year's activities and the efforts made by the Club to celebrate the 25th anniversary in style.
The President also thanked those persons who help the Club financially and in many other ways.
Mr Debattista expressed his satisfaction that Membership payments are on the up and he encouraged those present to do their best to collect Memberships from among their circle of friends.
The Club Presdent also appealed for more adverts for our magazine The Cockerel. Though the general financial situation of the Club is healthy, the adverts we have at the moment mean that The Cockerel is being published at a considerable cost. All those who wish to advertise on The Cockerel should phone 21231192.
During the discussion with the floor it was decided that the Membership fee should remain at Lm4.00 per year.
After the meeting Mr Debattista treated all present with finger food and drinks.
A more detailed report of the AGM will appear on this blog in the near future.
